From the Nigerian monitor, it was noted that the world Bank complain about the pressure mounted on them to investigate and report the mis-appropriate fund of the former head of state, late General Sani Abacha. It was observed that the corrupt lead diverted a reasonable sum exceeding $11.3 billion, and they needed more time ti report all funds diverted by the former head of state.
