As the year draw close to an end, a lot of budget are created to finance the up coming year, Nigerian vice president, Proffessor Osibanjo spoke through his assistant on media and publicity, that 2016 budget will help greatly help to improve the life of the poor people living in Nigeria. As most of the dozen promises made during the election time will be made accomplish, since this present Goverment now have control over the next year coming budget.
